Stranger

I know your name
but not your self-esteem

I know where you are
but not where you’re home

I know your words
but not the source in your mind

I know your expression
but not what you feel

I know the glint in your eyes
but can never reach
the depths from
where it comes;

I know you
but you’re still a stranger to me

  3. I love this, especially:
    "I know where you are
    but not where you’re home"

Where one feels at "home" is so much a part of who we are, isn't it?

  4. It's like a poem I can write to myself :) Sometimes I'm a stranger to myself too.

  8. Takk for at eg får bruke det fritt. Og ja, eg gir ALLTID opp kilde.
Så personalet mitt får lese dette flotte diktet på innkallinga til neste Personalmøte. :-)
